• Do you collect sales tax?

  We do not collect taxes at this time.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as PayPal.com. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers. You do not need a PayPal account to use them to complete your purchase. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club.

  If you are local I accept cash and card in person through swipe.

• What shipping carrier do you use?

  For most items we use USPS.

  Some larger and/or heavier items may be shipped through UPS or FedEx. If you need to know the shipping provider please contact me with the item you are inquiring about.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  I ship most items world wide. If a particular item does not have shipping to your country it could be due to size or weight. If you are very interested in it I can give you a price quote.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Most items shipped out within 5 business days or less, some items may take up to 4 weeks to ship and that will be noted in the individual item description.

  If you need an item sooner email me before you order at [email protected] and I will let you know if I can meet your deadline.

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service and the type of shipping used. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 4 weeks. In rare cases it can be longer due to customs.

• Can I pay with Bank Transfer or Electronic Check?

  If you have a PayPal account you can make payments with your bank account or an electronic check although keep in mind this will delay your order since I ship out once the payment clears. This can sometimes take up to two weeks.
